You CAN Make a Difference!
One day I was surfing the net looking for places to advertise my already established online business. I wasn't actually looking for something new. I was just looking for places to advertise. During my search, I clicked on a small banner ad. My intentions were only to see where the link went to - - did it go to a lead capture form, a website, or where? I saw that it went over to a website. Okay, my question was answered. I abandoned the browser and went back to my search by clicking back to one of my other open browsers. About an hour later, or so, I was ready to call it a day. I started closing down all my open browsers. When I got to the last browser, I pondered, "Where did this site come from." That's when I remembered opening it earlier on, during my search. It looked like just another website which wanted me to buy something, so I didn't give it much thought at first. Then the video started to play. How the video started to play,... I don't remember. I may have clicked something; It may have started on it's own. I really don't know, but here's what happened next. Remember, I wasn't looking for a business,... I already had a successful online business. Well, I thought about closing the site down, but instead I started to watch the video. I liked that the lady talking was calm and informative. She got to the point without the usual hype. Everything she was saying made sense. After a few minutes into the video, I called for my 18 year old daughter to come join me and watch the video. She sat beside me and we both watched. The more we saw, the more we agreed that it made sense. The creators of this system had obviously put a lot of thought and planning into it. Well, before the video was over, both my daughter and I were ready to sign up. As we continued to listen all the way through the video it just got better and better! When the video stopped we were both ready to join. I signed up first, then my daughter signed up under me.
Now, here is what really impressed me... I signed up without ever calling anyone! Now that was a first. Way was it so important? To me that meant that I wouldn't have to talk to prospects either. Now, that sounded good to me! I'm already busy enough with my primary business. I don't need more on my plate! I have a full life with a husband, 4 kids at home, I run a home based business, and I maintain a website for work at home parents. I don't need more to do!
So, does the system work? Well, here is the fun part... Yes it does! I told a few friends that I found something fun. Within my first 7 days my team grew to 11 people! That's when I realized that this business could really be grown while sitting in the sun at the beach while watching the kids play on the sand.
